We built Digikolleeg around three pillars: process redesign, working software, and compliance and quality discipline.
Built on real compliance and quality experience
Digikolleeg is an Estonian AI automation consultancy that designs, builds and maintains AI agents and automated workflows - combining software implementation, business process optimisation, and compliance and quality expertise.
What we bring is hands-on experience working inside quality management systems, ISO-based frameworks, and regulated processes and applying that same discipline to AI automation: clear documentation, defined access rights, validation before go-live, and an audit trail for automated decisions, built in from the start.
We also follow how Data Privacy requirements and the EU AI Act apply to automated solutions, so what we build is designed to hold up under a compliance review. Whether or not your organisation is formally regulated, this is the same standard we apply.

Founder
Heigo has more than 15 years of experience designing and implementing systems for startups and corporations, from early-stage products built from nothing to platforms operating at enterprise scale. That range means he has seen automation done well and done badly — and he leads the technical architecture of every Digikolleeg agent with a clear sense of what actually survives contact with a real production environment.

Irina
Co-founder
Irina has spent over ten years in healthcare and healthtech, designing, implementing and optimising complex processes and quality and regulatory frameworks. In those industries a gap in a process is a real risk - to patients, to data, to the organisation, and she brings that same discipline to every automation project. She leads process analysis and the regulatory side of our work: mapping compliance requirements, carrying out quality assessments, preparing the supporting documentation, and deciding what has to stay under human control.
