A claim draft, without manual labour - under a lawyer's control
We automate the mechanical part of drafting claims for Estonian law firms. ClaimBot reads case files, structures a draft, and hands it to a lawyer who reviews, edits and retains full control and responsibility for the final document.
What ClaimBot does
Reads case notes and gathers the facts
Analyses the case against Estonian legislation and case law
Builds the legal strategy or uses the one provided by the lawyer
Follows your law firm's writing style and formatting requirements
Drafts the claim draft in 10 minutes, with any missing information clearly highlighted
Performs a quality check of the draft to ensure precision
Confidentiality and oversight
Confidentiality
We build on Zero Data Retention APIs, so the AI model providers we use do not store your case files or client data after processing them.
Pseudonimisation
Personal data is pseudonimised on a local server prior to being sent to AI providers
Data access
Data accessed are tracked and scoped accordingly
Traceability
You can see exactly what ClaimBot read and how a draft was assembled
Backups and data handling
Data is encrypted at transfer and at rest, data handling stays within the EU/EEA, servers are ISO27001 certified
Data processing agreements
Data processing agreements are in place with all infrastructure and AI providers
Whom is this for?
Law firms with a high volume of claims
For firms that prepare many similarly structured claims and want to reduce manual work without compromising quality.
Teams that value efficiency
For lawyers who want to spend less time on repetitive tasks and more time on legal analysis and strategy.
Firms with standardized claim documents
Ideal for teams working with recurring claim types, templates, and structured inputs that can be safely automated
ClaimBot is not suitable if:
Every Claim document your write is unique
How does it work?
Agreement
We start with the paperwork: you accept the terms and conditions and we sign a data processing agreement.
Trial
We test ClaimBot on a couple of your real claims. You see the draft quality on your own documents before deciding to continue.
Configuration
We set ClaimBot up for production. For a privately hosted setup, we configure and install it on your firm's own servers; for a Digikolleeg-hosted setup, we adjust settings, templates, wording and style to your firm's conventions.
Delivery and Training
ClaimBot goes live on a defined set of claim types, with a short observation period to confirm draft quality before full handover.

Frequently asked questions
Does ClaimBot replace lawyers?
No. ClaimBot handles the mechanical work - reading case files, structuring the draft, filling in standard forms and clauses. It does not make legal decisions, does not submit anything to court, and does not guarantee court admissibility. A qualified lawyer reviews, edits and takes responsibility for every draft before it is used.
Is our firm's data secure with ClaimBot?
Yes - security is part of the setup: 1. Infrastructure and hosting. Our agents run on ISO 27001-certified servers, and data handling stays within the EU/EEA. For maximum control, the agent can also be deployed on your firm's own internal servers. 2. Language models. We use AI models with Zero Data Retention (ZDR) policies: your data is not retained and is never used for model training. We also support enterprise-level LLM accounts and can route requests through your own private LLM instance. 3. Pseudonymisation. Personal data is pseudonymised on a local server before anything is sent to an AI provider. We use EstBERT NER - the leading Estonian-language named-entity recognition model - to identify and mask personal information. 4. Contracts. We have data processing agreements in place with all subcontractors, including server and AI providers. 5. Technical safeguards. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit, access is scoped and tracked, every automated step leaves an audit trail, and standard technical measures such as firewalls and antivirus protection are in place. The final architecture and configuration are agreed with you, based on your firm's security requirements.
Can ClaimBot be used given our professional confidentiality obligations?
Yes, within the same architecture described above. ClaimBot is built to respect the same confidentiality standards your firm already operates under: client files are processed without being retained by the underlying AI model provider, access is limited to what your firm explicitly authorises, and every step is logged so you can demonstrate exactly how a draft was produced. The lawyer remains responsible for the client relationship and the final document.
How long does the setup take?
If you are using SaaS Version then you can start using ClaimBot immediately. If you would like Hagibot installed on your own server, then pilot installation takes min 5 working days. Client time investment: ~4-6 hours total (initial workflow audit, testing, feedback) Full version: 2–3 weeks Most of the work happens on our side. Your role is providing feedback and testing.
Do I need a separate server?
For the SaaS version: No. If you want complete data control → we can install Claimbot on your private server.
What happens if ClaimBot gets something wrong in a draft?
Because every draft goes through lawyer review before it is used, and because every automated step leaves an audit trail, errors are caught the same way any draft error would be caught in your firm's normal review process.
